Free Cancellation (100% Refund): before 10 days prior to check-in
time
If you cancel your booking at least 10 days before the scheduled check-in time, you will be eligible for a full refund of 100% of the amount paid. This allows ample time for us to adjust our bookings and offer the slot to other guests. -
50% Refund: within 9-5 days prior to check-in time
For cancellations made between 9 and 5 days before the check-in time, you will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid. This partial refund reflects the reduced flexibility we have to rebook the property within this shorter notice period. -
No Refund: within 0-4 days prior to check-in time
If you cancel your booking within 4 days of the check-in time (including the day of check-in), no refund will be provided. This strict policy is in place because last-minute cancellations make it highly unlikely for us to fill the vacancy, resulting in a significant loss. We recommend contacting us as early as possible if you foresee the need to cancel to avoid falling into this no-refund window. -
Auto Cancellation: After check-in time (If not used/stayed)
If you do not check in on the scheduled time and fail to utilize or stay at the property, your booking will be automatically cancelled after the check-in time has passed. In such cases, no refund will be issued, as the booking slot was reserved exclusively for you, preventing other guests from occupying it. To avoid auto-cancellation, please inform us in advance if you cannot arrive as planned, so we can explore possible options within the applicable refund windows. -

Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of receiving the cancellation request.
